It's difficult to underestimate the value of having something you can do that you're passionate about, especially at home during a lockdown. I was never happier going
to my studio and avoiding all the bad news of the world. Creativity is my meditation and my medicine. It is a constant surprise to me that a new creation exists at the end of a day that was just a lump of clay the day before.
